The Ceam 1131S is a 3D adjustable concealed hinge built in Italy for heavy-duty doors that need real load capacity along with a fully hidden, flush-faced finish. Once fitted, there's nothing visible on the face of the door or frame, just a clean edge, since the hinge and all its adjustment screws sit fully concealed within the door and jamb.

At 160mm tall, 32mm wide, and only 29mm deep, it's a slim profile hinge that still carries genuine weight, supporting up to 80kg across two hinges or 120kg across three, so it's suited to solid timber doors, aluminium doors, and steel doors alike, not just lightweight interior leaves. It's adjustable in three dimensions, meaning height, lateral position, and depth can all be fine-tuned after installation, which matters when a door needs to sit perfectly flush against its frame or when seasonal movement shifts the alignment slightly over time.

Ceam builds the 1131S from zinc alloy and tests it to fire-door standards up to 120 minutes (EI30, EI60, EI120), so it's a genuine option for fire-rated doors as well as standard residential, commercial, office, entrance, and marine applications. It requires a minimum door thickness of 38mm, and because Ceam manufactures every stage of production in-house at their Cermenate facility in Italy, quality control stays tight from raw material to finished hinge.
