Where It Started

In 1977, Mr. Noman Nomani founded Al Kaukaban Enterprises on Al Borj Street in Deira, Dubai.

The business began with a selected range of locks and hand tools and grew by serving customers who depended on reliable hardware for their work and projects.

Our original location, Shop No. 30, Fikree Building, opposite Mount Royal Hotel in Deira, remains part of the business today.

That physical presence is an important part of who we are. Customers can still visit the shop, see products in person, discuss their requirements, and speak with our team directly.

For us, the shop is more than where the business started. It is a connection to the customers and product knowledge that have shaped AKE53 over the years.

From Deira to Customers Worldwide

For many years, AKE53 grew through customers who came directly to our Deira location. As the way people researched and purchased hardware changed, we expanded our presence online.
