Thanks to its interchangeable cylinder, the Eighty-Three 83/50 allows you to create keyed-alike solutions. So you only need one key for several tool cabinets in the shed or for the switchgear in the factory. The padlock can be combined keyed alike with various ABUS door cylinders. The shackle can also be easily and quickly exchanged for another one – depending on requirements.

The additionally chrome-plated lock body and shackle with NANO PROTECT™ coating are resistant to weathering and protect the lock from rust. Thanks to this corrosion protection, the padlock is also suitable for outdoor use. A cylinder protection cap is available separately to protect the cylinder from rain and dirt.

The Eighty-Three gives you the choice: would you like the variant with key retaining, where the key is needed for locking? In contrast, with automatic locking, the shackle only needs to be pressed into the lock body. The Eighty-Three makes security flexible.
